| Description | People standing in front of the Case Grange, a center of the community in the Cherry Valley area of Douglas County. The building has unpainted siding, two windows on the visible side, a shed in the back. People of all ages including children stand in front of the building. Two men stand to the side near a surrey type of horse and buggy. Inscription on the back of the print reads "Case Grange and Community building/ now a garage on Warren O'Brien Ranch". Formerly owned by Clint and Anna Whittier. Before 1910. W.I. Whittier and Franch Whittier standing by door. |
