[5068 N. Plum Avenue, Sedalia, Colorado]. The Weaver House and corral at 5068 N. Plum Avenue in Sedalia, Colorado. The house was built in 1881 by Erastus Weaver and the railing was added in 1898. The house was a hotel that supported the nearby corral and livery stable. The house is a two story wooden structure with a saltbox gabled roof and a brick chimney. The front porch of the house has steps leading up to it, vines on either side of the center, and gingerbread trim under the roofline. A picket fence is at the west side of the house. The wooden livery stable is on the east side of the house. The corral is a two story structure with a false front in three sections, three doors and an upper story window. A sign on the outside of the building says "Corral" and "Feed Stable." A man and a horse are posed outside the corral building. |
