Description [5000 N. Manhart, Sedalia, Colorado]. [Stores on Highway 67, Sedalia, Colorado]. Three small one story buildings on Highway 67 (Manhart Street) between Platte and Plum Avenues in Sedalia, Colorado. The store on the left has a false front, a door and a window. The roof is pitched with a chimney. A man stands waving out the door. The second building, attached to the first one, has a pitched roof, a door, a double-hung window, and a chimney. The third building is larger, has a pitched tin roof, a chimney and a false front. A large double door with a window with twelve panes. A windmill is visible in the background, and a utility pole and small trees are visible in front of the buildings. A fence surrounds the second building and borders the third building. A larger fence or hitching post is visible on the street.
