Description [5068 N. Plum Avenue, Sedalia, Colorado]. The Weaver House at 5068 N. Plum Avenue in Sedalia, Colorado. The house was built in 1881 by Erastus Weaver. The house was a hotel that supported the nearby corral and livery stable. The house is a two story wooden structure with a saltbox gabled roof and a brick chimney. The front porch of the house has steps leading up to it and gingerbread trim under the roofline. A picket fence is at the west side of the house. The wooden livery stable is on the east side of the house, and the stone Manhart Store is visible in the distance down the street.
