Speaking to the Future:
Louise Beeman Hier and Florence Campbell Beeman

The Beeman Sisters tell stories about the history of the Beeman family, their growing up years in Sedalia, Daniels Park, Castle Pines North. Their mother was a midwife. Picnics, dances, races, businesses, the Depression and farming also come up as part of the interview. There are stories about the Woodbine, moonshining, the Penley Family, WWII, wartime factories, and ration stamps. The interviews also include information about the 1965 Flood, ghost stories, and railroad stories of the 20th Century.

Sallie " Florence" Beeman Campbell passed away April 5th, 2009. Her obituary is available here from the Douglas County News-Press website.
